The CZC7EP series intelligent chargers incorporate a high-performance embedded charging control unit to regulate the charging current. Through parameter optimization in the main circuit module design, the chargers provide continuously adjustable charging currents catering to various lithium-ion batteries, thus addressing diverse charging process specifications. The charging controller comes with pre-programmed default charging profiles, as well as a variety of BMS charging communication protocols. Additionally, the charging controller can be programmed and store customized charging profiles based on specific user requirements, thus fulfilling tailored charging process requirements upon delivery. The charging controller constantly monitors a variety of parameters throughout the charging process, thereby equipping the chargers with a comprehensive suite of protective functionalities to ensure a smooth and secure ongoing charging operation.

1. The segment code screen displays charging parameters, battery information, module information, fault codes and other parameters in real time; the backlight color of the segment code screen serves as an indicator for different operational states of the charger, including “running,” “fully charged,” and “malfunctioning.”

2. Scheduled charging: This allows you to program a specific charging schedule that utilizes lower-priced electricity during off-peak hours, thereby saving on your power bill.

3. Power failure protection for parameters setup: The system permanently stores user-defined parameter settings, so that they are not lost in the event of a power failure.

4. Disconnection protection: Once the charging cable becomes disconnected mid-way through the charging cycle, the charger will automatically shut off (battery disconnection detection).

5. Pause: The charger allows for pausing during the charging cycle; when restarted, it resumes the charge at the exact point before the pause, guaranteeing an uninterrupted charging progression.

6. Power failure protection: The device automatically resumes its previous operational state upon regaining power, enabling unattended operation.

7. Protection feature: The charger boasts a range of protective features, guarding against malfunctions like open circuits, overcurrent, overheating, and open phase protection.

(1) The height above sea level does not exceed 2000 m;

(2) The ambient medium temperature is within the range of -20°C to +50°C (inclusive);

(3) The relative air humidity does not exceed 95% (when the medium temperature is 20°C±5°C);

(4) The operating environment is free from rain or snow intrusion, conductive dust, and explosive hazards;

(5) The operating environment is free from corrosive gases and vapors that may corrode metals or impair insulation;

(6) The charger must be installed in a space free from severe vibrations and shocks;

(7) The machine should be situated in a well-ventilated, dry location, well clear of high temperature, dust, and corrosive gases;

(8) To ensure proper functioning of this machine, it's essential to 23 maintain adequate airflow around the machine and keep a sufficient clearance between it and other objects; furthermore, it’s important to regularly check the vents for blockage.
